Classes popular among our senior members include:
Senior Silver Strength – 30-minute guided workout focusing on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and fall prevention. Exclusive to members ages 55+ every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm with John.
Water Aerobics – This is a higher intensity class that uses directional coordination, movement, and balance to increase and improve physical and mental well-being. Use the resistance of the water to shape, tone, and develop muscle strength and flexibility. Our senior fitness classes are offered daily.
