Senior Silver Strength

At this time we are offering HYBRID Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Senior Strength classes In-Person and via Zoom from 12:00 - 12:30pm.

Fitness Classes

Classes popular among our senior members include:

Senior Silver Strength -  30-minute guided workout focusing on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and fall prevention. Exclusive to members ages 55+ every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm with John.

Yoga and Pilates - Improve your posture, range of motion, and mindfulness every Tuesday 10:00am - 11:30am with Audrey. - ON HIATUS

Water Aerobics - This is a higher intensity class that uses directional coordination, movement, and balance to increase and improve physical and mental well-being. Use the resistance of the water to shape, tone, and develop muscle strength and flexibility. Offered daily.

Indoor Pool

Enjoy our indoor pool kept at an optimum temperature of 81-83 degrees. Adult and family swimming is offered daily with free-swim time reserved in the morning, afternoon, and evening. We also offer Aqua Fit and Master Swim lessons for those interested in increasing the intensity of their daily exercise.

Personal Training

Learn how to safely use gym equipment. Our trainers are certified to work with special populations including older adults. We also offer pre and post surgery physical therapy/rehabilitation training.

Tennis Courts

We have 10 perfectly maintained indoor courts during the winter season, including 4 bubbled clay courts and 6 hard courts. During the outdoor season, we have 21 total courts open to members, this includes an additional 13 outdoor clay and 2 outdoor hard. Any skill level is welcome to join!

We offer beginner drills throughout the year every. Check with the Tennis Department about current offerings. Classes need a a minimum of 3 participants to begin.


Pickleball is a great recreational sport for aging members. It is fast-paced, low impact, and has a rapidly growing community.

We offer Pickleball Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00pm and Sunday, 2:30 - 4:30pm (free). We also host beginner and intermediate level Pickleball Clinics and multiple Pickleball Tournaments a year.

Fall in love with our fastest growing racket-sport. Available to play in singles or doubles.


Join our large membership of beginner and experienced racquetball players. Racquetball is a fun way to improve agility, hand-eye coordination, and relieve stress. We offer monthly clinics and events to familiarize beginners with fundamentals and help experienced players gain a competitive edge.

Presidential Senior Memberships – All Inclusive

Options include individual or couple. A senior is defined as 60 years and up or a combined age of 120 or more.
Use of the Club is between 5:30am and 4:00pm.

Congressional Senior Membership – No Tennis

Options include individual or couple.  Use of all the facilities excluding tennis.  A senior is defined as 60 years and up or a combined age of 120 or more.
