About Our Senior Fitness Training

At Aspen Hill, we believe that you’re only as old as you feel. Our members redefine aging everyday through living fulfilled active and community driven lives.

In addition to fitness classes, personal training, indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball and racquetball, we offer group activities like ping pong, member run groups, fundraisers and social events for all ages.

Senior Fitness Classes

Senior Fitness group

Classes popular among our senior members include:

Senior Silver Strength –  30-minute guided workout focusing on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and fall prevention. Exclusive to members ages 55+ every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm with John and Hikari.

Water Aerobics – This is a higher intensity class that uses directional coordination, movement, and balance to increase and improve physical and mental well-being. Use the resistance of the water to shape, tone, and develop muscle strength and flexibility. Our senior fitness classes are offered daily.

HYBRID Senior Fitness virtually via Zoom and In-Person.

Monday 12:00 – 12:30pm, Wednesday, 12:00 – 12:30pm, Friday, 12:00 – 12:30pm
