In addition to fitness classes, personal training, indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball and racquetball, we offer group activities like ping pong, member run groups, fundraisers and social events for all ages.

Classes popular among our senior members include:
Senior Silver Strength – 30-minute guided workout focusing on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and fall prevention. Exclusive to members ages 55+ every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:00pm-12:30pm with John.
Yoga and Pilates – Improve your posture, range of motion, and mindfulness every Tuesday 10:00am – 11:30am with Audrey. – ON HIATUS
Water Aerobics – This is a higher intensity class that uses directional coordination, movement, and balance to increase and improve physical and mental well-being. Use the resistance of the water to shape, tone, and develop muscle strength and flexibility. Our senior fitness classes are offered daily.
