With a large variety of Group Exercise Classes every week, you can be sure that the Aspen Hill Club has a fitness class that's right for you!

In The Works!

  • Thursday 9:00am Mid-Morning Cycle with Marshall - Thursday, 9:00 - 10:00am, This new mid-morning cycle class with Marshall begins July 1st.
  • Tuesday 10:00am Gentle Yoga with Smita - Tuesday, 10:00 - 11:00am, Smita will offer four, in person/hybrid Gentle Yoga classes. These hybrid classes offer a live stream. Dates meeting in person: 7/13, 7/27, 8/10 & 8/24
